羅勒菠菜綠果露 [Vegan, Raw]

材料: (四人份)

  • 半磅菠菜
  • 20片羅勒葉
  • 4條熟香蕉(去皮)
  • 2個熟芒果(去皮,去核)
  • 1個椰青(水+肉)

做法:

把所有材料放入攪拌機內打15秒或至幼滑即可。新鮮奉上。慢用!

 ‘Basil and Spinach Green Smoothie’

Ingredients: (Makes 4 servings)

  • 1/2 pound spinach
  • 20 pieces basil leaves
  • 4 ripe bananas (peeled)
  • 2 ripe mangoes (peeled and cored)
  • 1 young coconut (water + meat)

Instructions:
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for 15 seconds or until smooth. Serve fresh. Enjoy!
