這個簡單易做的卷物,可以是一個小頭盤,亦可當作小吃。以下食譜是一人份量,如果有多過一個你的話,就緊記要增加份量了!This simple and easy roll is good for a quick snack or as an appetizer. Be sure to double the portion if there’s more than one person in the room!
材料(6件份量):
1個熟牛油果(壓泥)、1片壽司紫菜、1湯匙生機去殻葵花籽
調味料:
喜馬拉雅鹽少許(可以選擇加入)
做法:
1. 在盛載着牛油果泥的碗內,加入葵花籽,之後加鹽調味;
2. 牛油果泥均勻地塗在紫菜上;留下大約1厘米邊囗;
3. 輕輕捲成壽司;用少許清水沾刀口,切成6等份即可。新鮮奉上。慢用!
烹飪小Tips:
1. 喜馬拉雅鹽可以在賣健康食品地方買到,如香港的Club O店;
2. 可以用普通幼鹽取代喜馬拉雅鹽;
Ingredients(Makes 6 pieces):
1 ripe avocado (mashed), 1 sheet sushi nori, 1 tbs sunflower seeds
Seasonings:
Pinch of Himalaya salt (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix sunflower seeds with mashed avocado; season to taste.
2. Evenly spread avocado paste onto nori; leaving about 1cm on the top for sealing.
3. Gently roll up and seal with a little water. Cut into six pieces. Serve fresh. Enjoy!
